Ferenc Huoranszki is professor of philosophy at the Department of Philosophy of the Central European University. His interests include (a) metaphysics and the philosophy of action, particularly the questions of free will, laws of nature, causation and modality; and (b) the history of 18th and early 19th century philosophy, especially Hume, Kant and Hegel.
